Living Room

My wife keeps a neat little home. We recently just built and installed that mantel and the frame around the mirror (Mirror was already up and securely attached…)

Photos from Paris

Finally, on our way home from Portugal, we had to make a connection in Paris – so we decided to make a weekend of it. I had never been to Paris so we went to most of the typical spots: Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Louvre, Sacre Coeur, Notre Dame. We also made some stops at a fancy macaroon shop and the supposedly famous (but overpriced) Paris flea market.

Work for World Vision

World Vision is a Christian humanitarian organization dedicated to working with children, families, and their communities worldwide to reach their full potential by tackling the causes of poverty and injustice.

I have been invited to create a few illustrations and infographics for their blog over the past few months. They are a fun crew to work with, and it’s a great cause. If you haven’t already, check out the great work they do.

The most recent piece I did for them was a series of illustrations for an article about finding and researching a charity to give to. (Click the image below for the full version.)

I also did an infographic titled “Is humanitarian aid really making a difference?” Here is the link.

And other graphic explaining how the gift of a goat can be an incredible gift for a family or community in need.

Repeal Day

Last week Stephanie and I hosted our first party in our new house. A celebration in honor of Repeal Day…aka the end of prohibition.

Here is a snippet of the invitation I designed.
