Hello. I’m Brian Hurst, a graphic designer (among other things) currently residing in Irvine, CA with my lovely wife.
Monday thru Friday, 9-ish to 5-ish, you can find me designing at Mariners Church, in Irvine. However, I am always drawing, sketching, designing and looking for creative people to collaborate with. When I work for other people I use the moniker, The Quiet Society.
I love my work. Most of the time that work consists of: logo design, print design, illustration, and various graphics for web and mobile applications. Sometimes I dabble in motion graphics, web design and photography. I dig a good brainstorming session.
This blog is a place for me to showcase some of that work and share my various interests (which also includes: travel, books, classic movies, antique stores, etc.) with a few friends. I also have a slightly more formal online portfolio, and I sometimes post bits of projects on dribbble.
